We're Back!

Well here we are again, connected with the Internet and in touch with the outside world. The last weeks have been "full" for us with a lot of things happening in our life. As I mentioned, we have recently moved and are trying to settle into our new house. Although we are no where near being unpacked we are starting to feel a little more secure in our surroundings. After a whirlwind past six months it's nice to know that we are most likely sticking in one place for a while. Here is the fun we had packing our apartment and moving it to our house.

As you can see, Boo was... helpful...

Boo is adjusting quite well; she is thrilled that she has a "park" in her back yard. The previous owners left a swing set in the back yard that she is thrilled about to say the least.

This is our living room that is not quite unpacked; well, nothing is completely unpacked but we are trying.

My parents stopped by the day after we got the keys with nothing moved in and this past weekend we we had some more visitors.

In the midst of our moving, unpacking, visitors, and everything else; we have had a sick kid. Boo has been sick for just over 3 weeks now. We have gone to a doctor here, and didn't really see the results we were wanting so we are planning to take her to the valley to her old pediatrician. She has been vomiting and had diarrhea on and off for the whole 3 weeks and just when we think she's getting better she takes a turn downwards. As mentioned in a past post she is allergic to milk, but we are starting to think this may be the onset of another allergy. The possibilities of what's wrong are numerous, all the way from allergies to bacteria, to the flu but after watching her the last couple weeks we are leaning toward allergy. Hopefully we will be able to have tests run to find out what's wrong; we'll keep this updated. But in the mean, we are sure getting tired of cleaning up throw-up... The joys of parenthood, right?

She sure is cuddly when she's not feeling good, we have had a lot of time to have her just sit in your lap and hold you. We stay in a lot (what is there really to do in a small town) and hang around in our PJ's.
