Let's Go Fly A Kite

We had visitors this weekend and had just a rockin' good time. Dallan and his family made the long journey down to visit us. They noted that it's not a very pretty drive, and they would be right! But they braved it, and we had such a good time. Boo was very excited to have visitors her size. Bedelia and Lulu were a lot of entertainment for her. In fact Saturday night she just crashed after a long full day of playing.

Saturday morning, we filled up our little pool and the girls had a good time going swimming. I think more water ended up on the porch than actually in the pool. They cut their swimming time because it started to get windy and cold.

So what do you do when it gets windy? Go fly a kite of course! We went and bought some kites at the store and met up with Boo's friend Olivia at the park and flew kites. It didn't last long, they lost interest and just wanted to chase each other around. They had a good time! I think they could've run around all day together.

We decided this weekend that Lulu actually belongs in our family. She and Boo could be sisters. They were so cute here in just their diapers that we took pictures to show their similarities. Olive tone skin, brown hair with red hair ties; what a bunch of cuties!

And after a long day of playing, what better to do than sit back and watch a movie with your best cousin and a big pink dog!
